No other terms will apply to the supply of products and services by CPH Electronics unless agreed in writing by an authorised signatory of CPH Electronics or expressly stated otherwise in these terms and conditions of sale.
1.2 All descriptions of the products and services contained on the CPH Electronics website or otherwise communicated to any purchaser of such products or services (the “Customer”) are approximate only and shall not form any part of the contract between CPH Electronics and the Customer. CPH Electronics shall not be liable to the Customer for any errors or omissions on the CPH Electronics website, the CPH Electronics catalogue or other product advertisement. CPH Electronics’ acceptance of the Customer’s order will take place when CPH Electronics confirms pricing and delivery dates to the Customer in writing, at which point a contract will come into existence between CPH Electronics and the Customer.
